Hello! I go by plenty of Aliases but you may call me Pinky or Ferrari/Ari! I am a college student and a freelance artist! I’m POC (Hispanic) and very proud of my roots! I’m an adult with ADHD and Anxiety, so your patience is greatly appreciated!I own a dog (Bruno) and a snake (Ramen Noodle), and I love them both dearly!! I enjoy roleplaying with my ocs and writing, I plan on publishing lore and stories for my ocs soon on my Ao3 account, so that’ll come very soon!I have trouble remembering things and keeping track of stuff, but I try my best! • By purchasing from me (or having any art/designs from me), you automatically agree to these terms!!•I do not allow refunds at all whatsoever, please make sure that you are financially stable and suited to go through with the payment before commissioning me.•My watermark will not be removed, it is not up for negotiation. This is to prevent art theft, please respect that.•I do take from short time spans to very long time spans to finish art, I ask for your patience as a lot of things happen in my life and I try to work through it as well as make progress on art and such.•Please be 18 or older to commission from me, or have a permission from a parent or guardian.• All transactions are in USD via PayPal!• My turnaround time tends to be extremely unpredictable, as I have ADHD and I am not yet medicated, it makes it difficult to come up with exact dates and times. But you’re more than free to ask every so often (do not rush me or continuously message me either! It tends to ruin my motivation more!)!• I allow character/scene changes if the piece has not been started/has only been sketched. Conditions will apply depending on the change and how much is changed. I’m entitled to charging extra if the change is a lot / or if it’ll alter the piece from what’s already been made!• I refuse to draw hate speech/racism/pedophilia/Zoophilia/homophobia/ETC. You WILL BE BLACKLISTED.• I may use your commissions for examples and post them on my social medias.• You may not use your commission for commercial use/logos/making profit of any kind UNLESS you’ve discussed it with me beforehand (note that there will be a fee). Otherwise your commission is ONLY for personal use.• I have the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason.• I am allowed to reuse ideas/lineart/sketches and any of the art I make (including commissions), for Ych’s/bases/personal art.• If you wish to make personal products of the art (Stickers for example) please ask me first!! I will not allow anyone to sell products of my own art without my SPECIFIC permission and agreement!!• I can give your slot to another person if I see fit, either I need the money quicker or you took too long to respond, or I can't hold for as long as agreed.• You are not allowed to trace over or heavily reference the art I’ve made for you.• Except for User Content (defined below), all of the content on my Platform - including text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features, articles, news stories, sketches, animations, stickers, general artwork and other content ("Content") - is owned by Myself or others I license Content from, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other laws.• I reserve all rights not expressly described in these terms.• All trademarks, service marks and trade names are owned, registered and/or licensed by myself.
